CBT therapy online
We all struggle with our mental health at times – to have our thoughts and feelings spiral out of control and overwhelm us is part of human experience.
Whether you are dealing with a specific mental health disorder, going through a difficult life transition or loss, struggle with low self-esteem, feel disconnected and isolated, or just feel like you could benefit from getting to know yourself a little better, therapy can be a step in the right direction.
We cannot control what happens to us, but we can choose how we respond to it. Instead of becoming prisoners of our default reactions, we can learn how to consciously choose our responses.
Therapy is a gateway to self-awareness, a quest for agency and balance in responding to life’s challenges.
It isn’t a magic fix by any measure – it takes intentional work. Rather than big and impressive, therapeutic changes are often very subtle and gradual, but they hold the power to completely transform your life.

WHAT I CAN OFFER
I offer individual therapy sessions online, where we can explore your difficulties at your pace, from the comfort of your home.
I believe that each client is unique and as such will require a unique blend of therapeutic tools, so I always strive to fit the treatment to the person in front of me.
While I provide support and therapeutic tools that will help you understand your thoughts, beliefs, feelings and behaviours better, you provide the expertise on yourself and your life experiences.
You are in the driver’s seat of your therapeutic process while I'm your navigator - a GPS of sorts.
The ultimate goal of my approach is to teach you how to become your own therapist, so that you can take the most useful tools along with you, and become that compassionate, non-judgemental and supportive presence for yourself.
You don’t need to know anything about CBT ahead of our first session,
but if you’re curious and would like a wee introduction, you can get
my short pdf guide here:
